Angel's Envy's bourbon represent the vision of Lincoln Henderson, an iconic Brown-Forman master distiller who helped develop some of the company's most well-known brands, including Woodford Reserve, Gentleman Jack and Jack Daniel's Single Barrel. After 45 years of preserving the heritage of bourbon, Lincoln Henderson went rogue and created a bourbon unlike any other. The bourbon starts with the native Kentucky climate and soil where the corn and rye are grown, and a pristine limestone watershed rich in calcium and magnesium. These local ingredients are distilled and aged for four to six years in American white oak barrels. Angels Envy bourbon is then aged for three to six additional months in hand-selected port casks to create an exceptionally smooth unique and nuanced bourbon. Hand bottled, batch numbered and bottle numbered. This micro blend was tested, tasted and tweaked by a collective of Kentucky bourbon masters.
