Artisan Mezcal Bruxo No. 2 Pechuga de Maguey 750mL

The smoky and subtle Artisan Mezcal Bruxo No. 2 differs from the Artisan Mezcal Bruxo No. 1 as it is made from Espadin and Barril (Wild) Agave plants. The No. 1 is distilled from just the Espadin. This unique blend gives it a highly individual nose and taste -- see tasting notes below.

Moderate with sweet and smoky notes. Presents a honey and earthy nose. Followed by caramel, soil and spicy notes. A unique intake into Pechuga categories given it’s done with the agave heart breast inserted during each of the two distillations giving that unique brown colour without being a reposado. Balanced with a caramel and spicy finish.
