Unmissable caramel undertones and pronounced vanilla notes, thanks to its time in oak, with a subtle infusion of floral elements from the ex-brandy vats. Well-crafted, well-balanced with and approachable style suited to simple mixed drinks and cocktails.
An aromatic mix of brown sugar and pineapple pudding with later accents on banana confectionary. Light to medium weighted with medium dry flavours of dried grass, banana cake and dilute golden syrup followed by a peppery yet creamy finish.
The rum is saddled by cinnamon, apple and honey. Vanilla beans and Mānuka honey make the rest of the beast
