Bokers Bitters by Dr Adam Elmegirab

Bokers Bitters is an overproof spirit containing seven botanicals including orange peel, quassia bark, catechu, cardamom and mallow flowers. Originally created in 1828 by Johann Gottlieb Boker, the company closed during Prohibition in the 1920s. This re-formulation was re-released in August 2009 by Dr Adam Elmegirab. Seven botanicals are macerated in overproof spirit for no less than two weeks. Diluted to bottling strength with Scottish water. Coloured with mallow flowers.
