Chalong Bay Pure Mojito

Ingredients:
60ML Chalong Bay Pure Series Rum
2 Fresh Limes Quartered
6 Mint Leaves
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1/2 Glass of ice A Splash of Soda

Method:
Place 4 mint leaves, lime quarters and sugar into a tall glass & muddle to release bruise mint and release lime flavours. Add the ice and pour the Chalong Bay Pure Rum over the ice. Add a splash of soda water to taste and garnish with remaining mint leaves.>
