The superfine tannins are a highlight and assist the longevity of the wine. In fact, it has one of the lengthiest and most pleasant finishes of any Cabernet Sauvignon we've sample over the past few years. Vineyards and Winemaking: Fruit from acclaimed vines in the Wilyabrup region of Margaret River. Each fruit parcel was hand-picked with care before the fermentation process. 18-month maturation in French oak. Tasting Notes: The deep crimson Cabernet Sauvignon has noticeable purple hues. On the nose there's a heightened bouquet of dark berry fruit and integrated oak, while the palate is medium bodied and boasts silky, succulent berry fruit flavours with hints of pure cassis. Superfine tannins aid the complex structure and assist the prodigious length Cellaring: A great drop to drink now, but it will benefit from extended cellaring (to 2037).

This is a truly memorable Cabernet Sauvignon that is best enjoyed after careful cellaring.
