Really enjoyed this Chablis...crisp, lemon-lime with hints of white flower aromas and flavors; lots of mineral influence. Solid sipper, but so much better paired with a favorite oyster appetizer!
Notes of lemon zest, flint, and and a hint of butter. So smooth on the tongue and a delight to sip on.
