Fire Drum Vodka is made in small batches at the Tasmania Distillery in Hobart. It is 100% copper pot distilled from two of Tasmania’s finest ingredients, 100% Tasmanian barley and pure Tasmanian mountain water. Only the heart of the mash is used to make Fire Drum Vodka. This is to access the sweetest and best flavoured part of the distillation process. To create an excessively smooth vodka, it is filtered once through charcoal.
