Gancia Prosecco Brut combines the tried and tested Italian Classic Method with the world-famous Prosecco. Made exclusively from Glera grapes, each batch of this wine starts with the grapes being pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with the resulting wines then being blended and bottled where they undergo a secondary fermentation process that gives them their signature sparkle.
Fresh floral aromas backed by drying mineral tones and pulpy notes of peach and apricot. The finish is crisp, cleansing and tonic.
