The George T Stagg releases are becoming legendary. This year’s Stagg was double distilled in the Spring of 1990 from Kentucky Corn, Minnesota Rye and North Dakota Malted Barley. The whiskey was found on the eighth floor of Warehouse I with 89 barrels being bottled without filtration after sixteen years and three months maturation. Nearly 60% of the original spirit was lost to evaporation. The result is yet another classic Stagg expression.
