The natural botanicals which include juniper berries, locally grown Lemon Myrtle, Tasmanian Pepper berries and fresh organic Valencia oranges, cinnamon, coriander, cardamom, licorices, angelica and oris root, elderflower, lemon peel and the exotic bois bande are prepared and measured, then placed in a hand beaten copper pot still. Husk add 100% Australian grain neutral spirit and the purest water that originally fell as rain over the volcanic rocks of NSW's Northern Rivers.
