Juniper Estate Aquitaine Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 750mL (Case of 6)

This is a wine where the aroma is complex and alluring making it difficult to separate out individual characters that make up the whole. Here are a few though, citrus blossom, nashi pear, guava, grapefruit, lemon tart, honeydew melon along with oak ferment characters of vanilla, brioche, nougat and freshly baked biscuits. The finely structured palate is smooth, succulent, layered and long. Lemon sherbet, red grapefruit and pear seamlessly interwoven with almond meal, brioche, subtle oak spice and a mouth-watering saline acidity. The finish is persistent and moreish.
