About La Sirene:
La Sirène was born out of the idea that there was a calling for modern farmhouse style ales in Australia. From their origins as gypsy brewers in the Victorian Highlands, this family-owned business swiftly moved to create an urban artisan brewery in the heart of Melbourne. Blessed with a fantastic array of indigenous yeasts from the surrounding Darebin Creek & National Park, La Sirène produce their range of beers with all natural ferments.
Daniel Jacobson of Vigorous Bros. explains the new addition to his Portfolio; "Beers that are a reflection of time and place, made naturally with great respect for the raw ingredients. These are the qualities we look for in all our wine producers, and ones which are shared by the team at La Sirène, which is why we see them as such a natural fit for the Vigorous Bros portfolio."
Daniel will be showing the new brews at a couple of open tastings next week, definitely check them out:

"Setting out to brew nothing but Belgian farmhouse style beers in Australia is a ballsy move. Sending those beers into the world in clothing more akin to wine equally so. Yet, with Australians warming to such styles and having set impeccably high standards, it looks like paying off in spades." The Crafty Pint
