Working again with the team at Maiideni Vermouth, they've come up with a year-round, all-Australian Negroni. Or, "Negroni Australiano" if you want to sound like the real deal.

The blend is a dazzling hodgepodge of 45 fruits, herbs, tinctures, and distillates. This includes the bittersweet and refreshing flavours of four kinds of citrus, native river mint and lemon-scented gum, along with earthy notes from beetroot, liquorice and wormwood. This is all topped off with just a touch of vanilla and nutmeg to keep the mouthfeel round and spicy. The result is a recognisable classic Negroni, but with a notable Australian twist.
