An amazing wine from the McLaren Vale region, Quarisa Johnny Q Chardonnay features a light yellow colour with hints of green. Its bouquet reveals fresh and intense aromas of melon and peach, balanced by spicy French oak notes. The medium-bodied palate has creamy flavours coming from the oak, that provide a long and crisp finale. The wine can be enjoyed young, or be cellared for 1-2 years for complex flavours. This Chardonnay is an excellent partner to all types of seafood and white meat dishes.
