Ram's Leap Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 750mL (Case of 12)

Ram's Leap Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is 12.5% ABV. Flinty mineral characters typical of the terroir add complexity to the citrus and green apple palate. 70% Semillon – Canonbah Bridge vineyard, Western Plains, NSW. 30% Sauvignon Blanc grown in cool climate, and 1000 metres elevation at Orange, NSW. The Semillon is hand picked to obtain maximum acid and a crisp citrus balance. After minimal contact with lees, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
