What we aim to achieve are wines that allow the Pemberley vineyard to come to life and stamp its character on the wines, and I think that is what we have achieved”
This wine is 100% barrel fermented in French oak with natural yeast allowed to initiate fermentation. The wine is left for an extended period on lees to gain texture and a hint of complexity. Short skin contact has produced a bright salmon pink colour.

Robert Bowen Pemberton Pinot Noir Rosé 750mL - Light to medium bodied wine. Brilliant ruby in colour. Aged very well. Notes of toasty vanilla, straw and dark fruit on the nose. Smooth palette showing hints of black cherry with an earthy finish.
