The Acai berry is one of Brazil’s most well-known and highly consumed fruits, and helps give Saros Acai Vodka a distinctly South American slant. The berry flavour is delicate rather than overwhelming, and leaves the tongue tingling. The company adopted the name Saros to pay homage to the astronomical period of time (18 years and 11 days) that is used to predict solar and lunar eclipses. The rarity of this phenomena is what Saros Vodka is all about.

Tasting Notes

Colour & Appearance: Deep, bright purple.

Nose: Delicate berry aroma, with peppery hints.

Palate: Medium-bodied vodka that coats the palate with refined Acai flavours and hints of pepper. Tingles on the tongue.

Finish: Lightly fruity, sweet and mineral accented dry finish.
