Riviere Du Mat Brut de Chais Rum - Unfortunately a rum that is no longer being produced. It is a masterpiece loved by many chefs for its complex flavour characteristics. The Brut de Chais has an elegant and subtle nose with zest of orange, citrus fruit and delicate flower notes. It is smooth and aromatically charming, with slight notes of liquorice and vanilla; slightly roasted and wooden notes. It has a delicate aromatic personality and is a very well balanced rhum.
