The St Hugo home is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley, where Hugo Gramp was born in 1895. This complex Barossa shiraz offers a powerful bouquet of chocolate, liquorice & plum. The palate provides rich dark berry fruit with elegant herb and spice. A full dense texture with ripe tannins, well integrated oak and a complex savoury finish complete this perfectly structured & beautifully balanced wine. Careful cellaring of this wine for the next 10 years will enable further development and additional layers of complexity if you can wait that long.
