Sullivans Cove American Oak Refill Cask 15 Year Old Single Malt Whisky 700mL Sullivans Cove Single Cask American Oak Whisky is double distilled using Tasmanian barley and only the purest wilderness water from Tasmania's mountains and forests. Matured in hand selected American Oak Bourbon casks and allowed to settle and clear naturally, this single malt retains full, creamy lingering flavours. Each cask is bottled separately, yielding only 416 bottles, making this the rarest Sullivans Cove Single Malt Whisky.

To create this limited edition single cask whisky, Sullivan's Cove selected the purest ingredients and highest quality American Oak casks previously used to age Sullivans Cove whisky, imparting rich flavours of vanilla, summer fruits and powerful oak. Each cask displays its own unique character of this famous Tasmanian distillery, producing only a few hundred bottles of rare quality, so each time a new bottle of Sullivans Cove American Oak Whisky Cask is opened, a new page in the story is turned.

 Notes on Barrel 6: Matured for 15 years and 6 months in a 300L American oak cask previously used to mature our whisky, TD0086 is an excellent example of what makes this style so sought after. A softer oak presence allows our fruit-forward spirit to shine, resulting in a whisky that is a delicious balance of orchard fruits and biscuity malt.
