The Famous Grouse Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 21 Years Old is created from the finest Single Malt whiskies in the World, including the Macallan 21 Year Old ($1400 per bottle) and Highland Park 21 Year Old ($800 per bottle). Each of these individual Single Malts have been left undisturbed in sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years. Only then are they lovingly brought together and married in cask, allowing the whiskies extra time to blend together to create the exceptionally smooth and rounded character of the Famous Grouse 21. Sadly this much loved 21 Year Old Malt Whisky was discontinued in the early 2000's and is now a much sought after rarity that appreciates in value each year.
