The Willett name has a long history of being involved and associated with the distilling industry in Kentucky, going back to the earliest pioneering period of the state's settlement. Before that there were Willetts engaged in the spirits business where its forebears were in America, namely Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.  Today the Willetts are still carrying on the family tradtion. Willett pot still reserve is handcrafted Kentucky Straight Bourbon using time honoured methods in the art of distillation and using only limestone spring water, carefully selected grains and secret strains of yeast.  Aged in new white oak casks until fully mature and then bottled by hand in a beautiful pot still shaped bottle that is hand numbered. Limited Release. Comes with hang tag, wood and cork stopper and paper seal.
