Coriole Wines is located among the undulating hills of McLaren Vale, Coriole is a family owned winery with a long history of viticulture dating back to 1919. The vineyard soils are predominantly terra rosa producing deeply coloured well-structured red wines with excellent capacity for ageing. Coriole has 25 different vineyards with plantings primarily of Shiraz alongside smaller holdings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Merlot.

A pioneer of Italian varieties in Australia, the estate has significant mature vineyard holdings of Sangiovese complemented by plantings of Barbera, Montepulciano, and Fiano. Recent moves into organic viticulture look set to expand in the coming years.
