Rolf Binder fruits are used to make wines that are sourced primarily from the Binder Family estate vineyards which cover 250 acres throughout the Barossa and Eden Valleys. Growing grapes in various sub regions of the Barossa enables the highlighting of the nuances of the differing terroirs in our wines.
The wines are impressively structured with dark chocolate/ dark berry/ plum fruit definition, superb concentrations, ripe tannins, mocha oak and flavour length.
