Craiglee Shiraz is a distinct Victorian Shiraz and it is located in the west of Melbourne. The bluestone Craiglee winery was established in 1865; the re-planted vineyard is now more than 30 years old.
Maturation follows in new and old French oak for 12-18 months. Craiglee Shiraz is aromatic and complex earthy/pepper/raspberry/black olive aromas, minerally textures and firm tannins.
