Trentino, at the heart of the Dolomite Mountains, is home to some of the best Metodo Classico in Italy. Made exclusively from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, Rotari wines spend a minimum of 36 months on lees prior to disgorgement, double the requirements of vintage Champagne. The current releases have spent approximately 48-60 months on lees, and proudly carry the year of disgorgement on the labels for full quality transparency.
