Mount Langi Ghiran was originally planted in 1870. It has become home to one of Australia's finest cool climate wines, the Langi Shiraz. The vineyard is one of the most isolated and unique sites in Australian viticulture.
The wine is aged for around 14 monhts in new and seasoned French oak. The Langi Shiraz is charactersued by ethereal blackberry/ brambly/ dark cherry/ pepper/ violet aromas and flavours, supple textures, mid-palate buoyancy and underlying savoury oak.
