Mr. Hyde is Kilikanoon’s alter ego. The wines are hand crafted with minimal intervention, exploring different varieties and styles of winemaking using small parcels from carefully selected Clare Valley vineyards. This virtue can be a straitjacket for experimentation, leaving little opportunity to play on the edge. Mr. Hyde gives the technical team license to experiment and push boundaries. Mr. Hyde is edgy, confrontational, and entertaining – but at its core the wine is seriously good, highly technical and exceptionally crafted.
