Sally's Paddock was established by winemaker Neill Robb and his wife Sally in 1973. The wine is made with a laissez-faire approach and maturation takes place in a 60-70% new French Oak and American oak puncheons.
Sally's Paddock is characterised by blackcurrant pastille/ cedar wood aromas, with underlying savoury oak and fine grippy tannins. Each element of the blend is woven together without any variety dominating the wine.
