The Flor de Cana 7 year old Grande Reserve is a clean and precise style of rum. It's produced from molasses, harvested sugar cane in fields adjacent to the distillery in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua. This sweet dark brown rum is then distilled from the fermented molasses, aged for 7 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels until perfect.

Nose: Vanilla tinged red apple, deep toffee and honey accents. Palette: Roasted almonds and hazelnuts, marmalade, dried fruits and caramel. Finish: Cinnamon and a buttery coconut fade. An amazing rum!Recipe: Sloe Lime Daiquiri
Ingredients:- 45mL Flor De Cana Grand Reserve 7 Year Old
- 15mL Fresh Lime juice
- 15mL Plymouth Sloe Gin
- 1 Tsp simple syrup
- 4 Large Ice Cubes
- 1 Chilled Glencairn Glass
- Shake all ingredients together
- Strain into the chilled Glencairn Glass and add ice
- Float the Plymouth Sloe Gin on the top and let everything sit for a minute
- Garnish with a lime slice
