Palate:A wonderful light and syrupy viscosity that melts into warm butter and well-balanced oak. Raisins, ginger snaps, stewed stonefruit and Italian soda.
Finish:Light, puffy golden syrup dumplings followed by camomile tea with crumpets and honey. Savoury notes of hay and thyme reinforce the subtle notes of Tasmanian highland peat.
