Melbourne Moonshine Single Cask Barrel Aged Moonshine is aged in ex-port casks for over 18 months. This moonshine comes from a single cask and is bottled at an impressive 45% ABV. Being a corn whiskey and not being constrained to the qualifications of being a 'whisky' gives license to Melbourne Moonshine to experiment with different casks, ageing lengths and ABV. Every few months the team at Melbourne Moonshine bottle a cask and each has a unique flavour profile and ageing process.

Bottles are hand labelled, hand numbered with cask and bottle number and bottled at 45% ABV.
