Pendleton 1910 12 Year Old American Whisky starts out life with more flavour and character before barreling. While the mash bill is 100% Rye, it is a blended Canadian whisky made from Mt Hood Oregon spring water. It is a blend of column-distilled rye whisky, pot distilled rye whisky and sherry. Pendleton 1910 is aged a minimum of 12 years in charred American oak barrels. It is a rare 100% Canadian Rye Whisky that is rounded out by the smoothness of maple and sweet cherry to provide a weighty and balanced, yet complex, flavour profile.
