Eden Valley has sensational pinot noir vines, originally sourced from the Temple Bruer Nursery. The fruit has soft, fine tannins and natural acidity, exceptionally suited to a preservative-free style.
Since then, they have cultivated organic pinot noir in our various vineyards to have the ‘pick of the bunch’ for this stunning, flagship wine.
