Rye has always been a part of the Jack Daniel's mash bill, but it's never taken the lead. Until now. This reduced strength new make (unaged) rye is a novel release for the iconic Tennessee producer. Upon initial tastings, the Rye was so spectacular in flavour that the tasters demanded that a small portion be released unaged while the remainder continue to age gracefully for release later down the track. Although this unaged rye is not matured, it offers a spicy, surprisingly sweet flavour that whiskey enthusiasts are sure to appreciate. Collector's note, this is the first batch (001) so it's likely to appreciate in value faster than any subsequent bottlings.  It's likely there will be more due to the incredible speed with which the first batch sold out!  Note 40% Alc./Vol. Each bottle is uniquely numbered on the bottle neck wrap.
