Malfy Gin is distilled by the Vergnano family in Moncalieri, Italy using a traditional vacuum still. Malfy Gin’s key botanical additions are Lemon peels sourced from the Italian coastline. The lemon peels are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with the juniper and other botanicals before being distilled in a stainless steel vacuum still. Malfy Gin is perfectly balanced at 41% acc/vol - enough strength to carry the delicious flavours of the botanicals, but not so strong as to be overwhelming. The flavour is deliciously zesty citrus while still maintaining classic complex gin flavours - it is not overwhelmed by juniper flavours.

Malfy Gin is packaged in a luxurious extra-flint glass bottle with lemon rings screen printed, an Italian Oak Cork and lush paper label. The lemons used in Malfy Gin are sourced from the Italian coastal regions. The Malfy Crest is an interpretation of a famous rowing race held between the four ancient kingdoms of Italy each year. The blue colour used throughout the packaging represents the Mediterranean Ocean and the yellow represents the lemons.
