Domaine du Bollenberg are a winegrower but also an artisanal distiller. Making spirits in copper stills inherited from the Grandfather. Here the range is unlimited, any fruit, flower or plant deliciously aromatic is turned immortal in Eau de vie: Great Mullein Flower, Wild Strawberry, Meadow Sweet etc . The grappa distilled from their wines, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling is almost a perfume.
