Doorly's Fine Old Barbados Rum Aged 12 Years 700mL Silver Medal Winner in 2016 and 2017 at IWSC - Produced at the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, Doorly's 12yr old is a very deep and complex rum. Perfect for sipping on its own or accompanied by a cigar. This rum has a sweet oaky nose with some raisin and white pepper. Full mouthfeel of plum, dried fruit and citrus. Contolled throughout and clean, dry finish with flavours of tobacco and cinnamon. Aged for a full 12 years in both ex-boubon and ex-madeira casks.
