After a double distillation, this snazzy bottling was aged in a combination of American oak whiskey barrels for six months and new French oak barrels for 11 months. After, it was bottled up at cask strength, and at 45.7% ABV, it's full of all those creamy, mature oak notes among the grassy agave. Should do rather well sipped alongside chocolatey desserts.

Oaky vanilla and caramel, with lemon curd and baking spice, grassy, cooked agave and chocolate leading into a peppery finish.
