Tasting Notes and Awards
Nose: A medium-bodied nose with hints of butterscotch, cooked apple and freshly cut herbs. Just a touch of soft smoke. Palate: A creamy palate with very gentle peat smoke underpinning notes of malt, rhubarb crumble and custard. Finish: An oaky, dry finish with toffee and pepper.
