Our single malt whisky is maturated within singular Christmas casks. Frogmore Creek's red wine barrels are infused with the quintessential essence of the preceding season fruit mince pies.
This imbued essence is thoughtfully reintegrated into the fruit mince pie production for the ensuing year. Over the course of time, the stratified nuances of fruit mince pie flavors progressively evolve, culminating in a distinctive and perpetually transforming intensity with each successive year.
This year's iteration of the Christmas Cask underwent a dual finishing treatment, meticulously designed to encapsulate an even richer manifestation of the fruit jus character in comparison to prior years.
