Sugarcane, banoffee pie and brandy snaps combine on a very luscious nose, balanced by a fermentation-added tang that cheekily recommends daiquiris. The palate meanwhile starts soft, a rum-sweet beginning flipping into vanilla lemon cream and a more spirituous finish.
