Squealing Pig Tempranillo 750mL (Case of 6) 14.5 %ABV Squealing Pig is a tale about a pig who wanted more from life than just his pig pen. Keen on wine, but not a fan of the boar that you get with it, he began his adventure in Marlborough in New Zealand before spreading his wings to Central Otago, and then over the ditch to Australia and other parts of the world. The fruit for this wine was found in the middle of nowhere carefully selected from picturesque sites across South Eastern Australia. Once the grapes were at optimal ripeness, they were carefully harvested. At the winery, the fruit was left for a while and underwent an initial cold soak to maximise colour and flavour extraction. The wine was pressed and matured in a selection of seasoned French oak barrique’s and stainless steel, before wrapping things up and being filtered and bottled into this exceptional wine
