Grape Variety: Grenache (100%) Colour Pale rose pink with a bright, clear rim.

Bouquet: Enticing wild strawberries and fresh raspberries move through to fragrant with sweet musk, rose petal and Turkish delight.

Palate: A fruit bowl of poached strawberries, guava and juicy raspberries fill the mouth. Succulent fruits are balanced with more musk, dried herb and some sweet spice. The wine finishes with fine, savoury tannin and a mouth-watering freshness.

Drink: Drink whilst young and fresh over the next two years. Always serve chilled. Food Match From Spanish tapas and freshly grilled seafood, to mild curries and Asian dishes with a touch of spice.

Vinification: The Grenache fruit is picked for a balance of sweet fruit flavour and freshness. Grapes are crushed, destemmed and chilled on route to the airbag press. Free run juice and pressings juices are kept separate, a final cut being made before the extraction of coarse tannin from the red berry skins. After cold settling for several days, the juices are racked off solids and fermented at relatively cool temperatures to protect the delicate fruits and floral aromatic Grenache. Once ferments were dry and settled, the wine was blended, stabilised and fined before filtration and bottling.
