Vineyards and Winemaking: Fruit from low-yielding vines in the Yallingup region of Margaret River. Each fruit parcel was hand-picked with care before the fermentation process. 18-month maturation in French oak. Tasting Notes: A supple crimson purple wine that displays an intense aromatic burst of blue fruits, cassis, plum and dark chocolate. The palate is smooth and layered with hints of french oak.
